Ajwan Towers, Saadiyat Island’s sole leasing agency and property manager, will be Savills Abu Dhabi.

The Ajwan Towers on Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas in Abu Dhabi have engaged Savills Abu Dhabi as its exclusive leasing agency and property management.

Ajwan Towers

The most recent residential structure to hit the Abu Dhabi rental market is Ajwan Towers. Its waterfront location is ideal, providing access to almost 9 kilometres of beautiful beaches and breathtaking vistas.

With Cranleigh School and Redwood Montessori nearby, the island is home to some of the greatest schools and provides families with a laid-back and joyful atmosphere for kids.

Additionally, it takes just 10 minutes to go to New York University, and it takes 12 minutes to get to Abu Dhabi Mall and Downtown Abu Dhabi.

Al Reem and Yas Island, Saadiyat Island’s nearest neighbours, can be reached in an easy 15-20 minute drive and both provide a wide variety of parks, retail stores, malls, schools, and clinics.

The Ajwan Towers provide over 250 luxurious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments distributed across 10 stories for rent, allowing residents to live comfortably in a large space. The apartments are distributed among three conveniently placed buildings and range in size from 800 square feet to just under 3,000 square feet.

There is just one 6,000 square foot, 6-bedroom penthouse available for people seeking the perfect residence. The buildings’ sleek design, which was inspired by the ocean’s inherent curves, has distinctive walkways linking them.

The apartments include the newest finishes, fixtures, and contemporary conveniences and are created with comfort and convenience in mind. Each unit has a different layout and offers a choice of closed or semi-enclosed kitchens. Residents have on-site private underground parking, a separate laundry room, a maid’s room, and other amenities.

The towers are equipped with the latest amenities, giving residents access to two private swimming pools and a cutting-edge gym. The bigger pool with an entertainment area just for residents is the focal point; it is positioned across from the beach. The proximity to the neighborhood’s beachside promenade with its broad selection of eateries is the tower’s location’s best benefit.

“With this new instruction, Savills has further solidified its position as the market-leading leasing and property management agent in the city,” said Stephen Forbes, Head of Savills Abu Dhabi.

Future occupants will have a delightful living experience because to the high quality of Ajwan Towers, a noteworthy addition to our portfolio. It is even more alluring because of its position on Saadiyat Island, which presents itself as a picture-perfect getaway from the daily bustle of the city while still being accessible to all conveniences.

Sultan Alkhyeli, Chairman Representative of ESK Investments, commented on the hiring of Savills, saying, “We are pleased to work with Savills for the launch and management of our project Ajwan towers. Savills has a long history in the Middle East real estate market, spanning more than 40 years.

These qualities were essential to us in order to provide our renters with the greatest experience possible in a distinctive building at the centre of the Saadiyat Cultural District. We are eager to formally introduce our tenants to their brand-new residence, Ajwan Towers.

With unhindered views of the Arabian Gulf and some of Abu Dhabi’s best resorts, restaurants, and spas, Saadiyat Island continues to be one of the city’s most well-known and scenic islands.

Among the numerous tourist attractions just outside homeowners’ homes are the Louvre and the Saadiyat Cultural District. At the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, one may play a round of golf or unwind on the beach, which is well-known for the Hawksbill turtle patrol and boasts one of only three turtle sanctuaries in the UAE.

With interesting developments in the pipeline and the renowned Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Museum scheduled to debut in 2025, the island is still developing.
